Refund Policy

At The Expertin, we aim to deliver value-centric services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter. Our refund policy ensures fairness and clarity in eligible cases.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors in transaction
- Cancellation prior to service commencement with valid notice
- Non-delivery of service due to provider limitations
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Services partially or fully rendered
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Failure to cooperate or communicate required inputs within project timelines
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact reachus@theexpertin.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include:
- Name and contact details
- Reason for request
- Proof of payment
We will review and respond to all refund requests within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original method of payment.
Cancellations
Consultation sessions or workshops must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a full credit or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
